Okay. Okay. Whatever that was -- fine, noted, dully. Morgan has to breathe against what feels like pure fumes in his lungs. Depressed respiration.

Is this guy...ill? What the hell can Morgan do for someone with an illness that's going to drop him before the day is out? Morgan tries to keep his confused irritation from his expression, and his mind.

Goddamn it, did that guy notice? "Ah, yeah." Morgan nods his head to confirm, but it's more like a delayed reaction. He can't just keep him here talking; the guy looks real weirded out now, and he doesn't want to have to follow him where ever he's off to after breaking off this already weak exchange. "Yeah, I'm jus' fine.

"Say, uh..." A thoughtful hand comes up to tentatively rub at his modest sideburn. "Wha'do you say to a drink or somethin'? I'm killin' time, and you could...tell me more about," shit, what was it called? It was something weird like Switzerland? "--Er, Holland?" Smooth.

This is not Morgan's typical tactic. He has the decency to normally ask a stranger if they would be interested in interrupting their day for his bullshit, but Morgan still doesn't know what disaster he's meant to be thwarting, so he can't risk this guy saying 'no.'

"I'm-- I'm Morgan." Quick, before this guy can politely slink away: he holds out his hand to shake. This guy must have the same Southern mannerisms, if he's already pulling habitual 'sirs' in conversation.
